Benning Engineering is licensed by the state of Texas to provide a full range of Windstorm Inspections and certification including Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) inspections of ongoing construction. 

We also provide design services for wind-resistant construction.

Benning Engineering will complete all necessary paperwork and inspections and present you with a state-issued certificate of insurability before the final payment is required.

Single Item Post Construction Certification

Includes all engineered drawings required for city permitting. Includes foundation design. Does not include floorplan or blueprints for construction use. These will normally be done by an architect or designer. See the list for architects and designers we recommend shown below.

A travel premium for work outside of Nueces county will be added.
